Delivery Ethos
In keeping with our ethos and our products, all of our packaging is eco-friendly and has been sustainably sourced as much as possible. It can also be reused or recycled in some way.

*Display bags are made from annually renewable corn/potato starch and are fully biodegradable and compostable. This means they break down to CO2, H20 and biomass which can then be reused in the ecosystem to make new plants.
These are most definitely not sleeves that are oxo-degradable (conventional plastics with additives to assist their disintegration into micro-plastic particles)!
Occasionally, we may reuse/repurpose some of the packaging that comes to us in some of our deliveries in order to reduce wastage and to make use of the materials we have.
Delivery Costs
We currently offer delivery within the UK, with the choice of:
3-4 day Standard Delivery - Β£3.95 (or FREE on orders over Β£50.00 using code (FREEDELIVERY)
1-2 day Express Delivery - Β£7.95
Delivery Timescales
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us, generally, you should receive your item within 3-4 days for standard delivery, or 1-2 days for express delivery, however, we cannot guarantee this as it will largely depend on what pressures the postal system is under and any delays that are outside of our control.
Delivery Method
Generally we use Royal Mail to dispatch our goods to you, however, larger items such as our photographic canvases will arrive via courier service.

RETURNS
Returning Your Items
We hope that you will be over the moon with your goodies when they arrive safely with you, however, if anything isnβt right please do contact us at info@latitude50living.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
For general returns, you will need to then return the items to us within 28 days of delivery and follow the below steps:
Products you wish to return should be unopened/unused and in a βnewβ condition. If the item has been damaged or the product packaging is not in perfect condition you may not be eligible for a full refund.
The customer is responsible for any return postage costs
Original shipping is non-refundable
We suggest obtaining proof of postage for your return
Damaged or Faulty Items
We package up all of our parcels with great care and with consideration to the planet to ensure your items arrive safely. If any items arrive damaged during transit, please notify us and send us a photograph of the damage so that we can arrange a refund/replacement of the items. Any faulty items will need to have been identified within 30 days of purchase and logged with us via email.
Refund method
Any refunds made will only be made against the credit/debit card that you used to purchase.
Exceptions
Please bear in mind that the exception to the above are our prints, canvases and any personalised cards. As these are customised orders, they are made to request and are not kept in stock. This means that unless there are any visible faults with the product, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges.
